ROCK OF AGES hits Asheville this February: Asheville Performing Arts Academy Faculty & Friends

Asheville, NC– Chris D’Arienzo’s ROCK OF AGES premieres in WNC Thursday, February 4th at The Masonic Temple Theatre, downtown Asheville. Jacob Walas, Asheville Performing Arts Academy Program Director, plays The Mayor and serves as Co-Director and Co-Choreographer. Music Direction is by Asheville Performing Arts Academy Music Director, Lenora Thom.

 

The show is co-produced by LW Fantastique Productions (Lyle Laney & Jacob Walas) and Heather Gallagher (Asheville Performing Arts Academy owner). Asheville Ballet, under the direction of Ann Dunn, is a producing partner for ROCK OF AGES and is the oldest non-profit dance company in NC.

Asheville Performing Arts Academy faculty and friends in the show include Taylor Aldrich (Academy Acting & Prep Academy Dance Instructor), Cord Scott (Academy Dance Instructor) and Nana Hosmer Griffin (Academy guest actor in CHILDREN OF EDEN JR.), just to name a few.
